My story and mission

I have been in the thick of startups and scaleups as a co-founder, operator and advisor for fifteen years. Startups rarely fail because the idea was bad - they fail in the messy middle in the pursuit of product–market fit.

That’s the Valley of Death - where unclear markets, slow traction, investor hesitancy, and cash burn take out up to 90% of Australian startups.

This is where I step in, and specialise.

I love supporting early-stage tech and software startups through the 0–1 phase - with affordable, embedded, hands-on support across strategy, growth, product, operations, and capital readiness - with an AI-first lens across the board.
